Restore at Home provides one-on-one physiotherapy organized around your functional needs. Home visits are available across Toronto and selected GTA communities, and virtual care is available across Ontario. Nicholas is the clinician providing all current care.
Services are organized around the activities and functional needs that bring people to physiotherapy, rather than a long list of diagnoses. That may mean rebuilding mobility after surgery, working on balance and everyday movement, progressing back toward running or the gym, or adapting rehabilitation to the spaces and tasks that matter at home.
Nicholas Stergiadis, Registered Physiotherapist, currently provides care from assessment through follow-up. Home visits are regularly available in Toronto, North York, Etobicoke and Mississauga, with selected additional GTA communities available depending on location and scheduling. Virtual physiotherapy is available to Ontario residents. Retirement & LTC Physiotherapy
Restore at Home provides private, one-on-one physiotherapy for residents of retirement and long-term care homes in eligible GTA service areas.
